We ship to over 60 countries. Every order is gift-wrapped and includes a printed message card.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Personalized items take an extra 2–3 days. You will get an email with tracking the moment we hand off to the carrier.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Most countries have a duty-free threshold below $100.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is more than 5 business days late, email contact@jewelryooze.com with your order number and we will investigate or send a replacement.
