If something is not right, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
What can be returned
- Any unworn item, in its original packaging, with the gift box and message card.
- Items that arrived damaged or defective — at our cost.
What cannot be returned
- Engraved or personalized items (final sale).
- Items worn or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned more than 30 days after arrival.
How to return
- Email contact@jewelryooze.com with your order number and a one-line reason.
- We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Drop the package at your nearest post office.
- Refund posts to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges, but a refund + new order is usually faster anyway. Place the new order whenever you are ready.
Lifetime guarantee
If a piece develops a manufacturing defect after 30 days, we still cover it under our lifetime guarantee. Contact us and we will repair or replace it.
