How a paper insert quietly became the most loved part of every order.

When we started the studio, the message card was an afterthought. A small printed insert in the gift box. A formality.
Then customers started photographing them. Sharing them. Saving them in shoeboxes alongside birthday cards from grandparents.
One customer wrote: "I gave my mother the necklace, but I think she actually loved the card more. She has it on her dresser."
The card has now become the design we obsess over the most. It has to be honest, specific, and worth keeping.
